Cooking With Gas is a full-time corporate catering and special events company operating in the Las Vegas market. The focus is a variety of Louisiana’s staple Cajun dishes and cuisines, along with a fusion of Caribbean influences. My desire is to harmoniously blend my love for music & food, which is the backbone of my Louisiana culture.
